Currently, Harry serves as the Executive Director, Head of Talent, Business Banking, and CCB Functions at Chase Bank. His previous roles at Standard Bank Group and Puma Energy Group have contributed to his influence over talent and leadership development initiatives across 46 countries in the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia Pacific. A prolific author and speaker, Harry has written five books on personal and organizational development, including titles such as "Discovering & Unleashing Your Royalty," "A Mind to Work," and "Breathe Volume 1." His publications reflect his profound insights into human potential and leadership dynamics. Beyond his corporate roles, Harry founded Ultrashift, a non profit organization committed to fostering growth through spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional transformation. Ultrashift is known for hosting impactful events like the Shift Conference and the Ultra Conference in various countries, including South Africa, Tanzania, Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Harry is called and ordained to teach God’s word.
